Every VRF project requires a walk-through by the York Commissioning Agent during the installation process to verify proper installation. This walk-through should be scheduled after piping installation has begun, while all piping remains accessible — prior to any ceiling or wall installation that could obstruct visibility of the work.
The goal of this walk-through is to confirm that all piping has been completed in accordance with the VRF Installation Manual and to identify any errors before final pressure testing, evacuation, and system refrigerant charge.
It is essential that all dimensions and clearances specified in the IOM are strictly followed to ensure proper equipment function. Please be aware that failure to schedule or complete this walk-through may affect warranty coverage should issues arise in the future.
Please complete and submit the form below to schedule your walk-through. We require a minimum of 7 business days' notice, so please plan accordingly.
